New Haven Weightlifting Club is a USA Weightlifting and USA Masters Weightlifting certified club. Our program offers a 3 day per week weightlifting program for beginner and intermediate lifters preparing for competition or looking for additional strength and power training.
Programming cycles align with local meets. Private coaching and custom programming available.
Intro to Weightlifting
Available for individuals without barbell or weightlifting experience. Includes a one-hour assessment with one of our USAW coaches and beginner programming.
USAW-Certified Weightlifting Club
Train under a certified USA Weightlifting and USA Masters Weightlifting club, led by knowledgeable coaches focused on safe, effective progress
Structured 3-Day Training Program
Designed for beginner to intermediate lifters, our 3-day weekly program builds strength, power, and precision in the snatch and clean & jerk
