  • Functional Fitness

    Strength & Conditioning: Our most well-rounded offering. This one-hour program incorporates movements inherent to how we are made to move as humans (squatting, pressing, pulling, etc.), and will help you build strength and increase your cardio, endurance, agility, mobility, flexibility, power, and more. You can expect a different workout every day so you will never be bored and the results will keep coming. Open to beginners (Personal OnRamp sessions recommended) and advanced athletes. Use our app to track your progress and measure your results!


    HIIT: Our 45 minute High Intensity Interval Classes also incorporate natural human movements but forgo the barbell for other equipment like dumbbells and kettlebells, and focus more on endurance and cardio vascular work. You will have a different workout each day that will use moderate to light weights (individualized to each athlete) and simple and easy to learn movements.


    HYROX Endurance Classes: Whether you are training for a HYROX race or just enjoy the long grind of an hour-long endurance workout, this class is for you. This class will combine functional movements found in HYROX races (and similar ones) such a rowing, burpees, running, lunges, etc., and focus on building your endurance engine. The workout is customizable for beginners, up to those looking to seriously compete in a HYROX race. You can expect to use medicine balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, sleds, and other equipment, but no barbells.

  • Powerlifting & Olympic Weightlifting

    Powerlifting: For those looking to focus specifically on strength training. This progressive program will incorporate many pieces of strength equipment such as the barbell, dumbbell, and kettlebell, with a focus on building full-body strength through the squat, deadlift, and bench press. This is open to new members (OnRamp classes encouraged) all the way up to competitive powerlifters (and those looking to start competing). We have many athletes who land on the podium for local and national meets each year!


    Olympic Weightlifting: For those looking to focus specifically on strength training and who love the barbell. This program will train you to maximize your strength in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. New members must go through an OnRamp program (3 personal sessions with a coach) before starting.
