Program Description

Combining endurance, strength, and functional movement, HYROX is the ultimate fitness race—and Strength Haven Athletics is your training ground for it. Our HYROX program is designed to help athletes of all levels prepare for race-day demands with focused conditioning, movement efficiency, and high-intensity effort. 


Whether you're looking to train for a HYROX race or just love endurance training - this program is for you. We offer 5 classes throughout the week that are HYROX-specific and will incorporate ALL of the equipment you'll see in the race. Our Strength and Conditioning classes can also help prepare you for race day and our performance coaches can create custom programming or provide personal or semi-private training for you to supplement or take the place of classes.

  • HIIT-HYROX  classes are 45 minutes long and will focus on building your cardio engine through interval training that will often incorporate various pieces of equipment and movements that you will see in the HYROX race.
  • HYROX-Endurance classes are 60 minutes long and will offer workouts ranging from 30-50 minutes that will incorporate movements you will see in the HYROX race to help build your strength and endurance.
