Program Description
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a fast-paced workout that combines short bursts of bodyweight and lightly weighted exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity movement. HIIT is designed to get your heart pumping and improve endurance in a short amount of time.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, each workout can be modified to match your abilities, making it an accessible and effective way to build strength, boost cardiovascular fitness, and increase overall performance.
