Certifications

I’ve been an athlete for most of my life and have dedicated over 15 years to CrossFit and functional fitness. I hold a CrossFit Level 2 certification and have competed in powerlifting since 2019, earning 4th place in my age and weight division at the 2025 USAPL Nationals. I take movement standards seriously and am committed to helping others reach their fitness goals in a safe, effective, and empowering way.

Fitness has been a source of strength and stability for me during life’s most difficult moments. It’s not just about physical health—it's about resilience, personal growth, and building a supportive community. I’m passionate about helping others tap into that same sense of empowerment through movement.

As a coach, I believe deeply in athlete accountability. I expect my athletes to show up, put in the work, and take ownership of their progress. I aim to create a training environment that balances encouragement with honest feedback—where goals are pursued with intention and integrity.

Outside the gym, I hold a doctorate in social work and have spent many years as a clinical social worker. My professional background centers on helping individuals navigate mental health and life challenges with compassion, integrity, and purpose.
